Gold has always stood out to me—not just for how it looks, but for what it symbolizes. It’s rare, enduring, and powerful. To me, gold is a metaphor for inner value—something we all carry, especially as creatives. This is what the “G” infront of the name Nuvia stands for.
Gnuvia handmade pieces are designed for those who don't follow trends—they set them. Each piece is intentionally crafted to stand out at special moments and make everyday outfits feel like a statement.
At the heart of Gnuvia is a mission to empower the next generation of creatives. With every collection, we partner with a different nonprofit supporting young artists from underrepresented communities, turning bold design into bold impact.
My Story
I grew up believing succeeding meant sticking to logic — numbers, formulas, the left side of the brain. I studied finance, followed the path that made sense, and spent years learning how to fit inside a box built for stability. Creativity wasn’t encouraged, not in school or in the world I built for myself. But that creative fire never went away and Gnuvia is my way of coming back to it. Creativity is powerful, valuable, and worthy of pursuit!
The name Gnuvia is rooted in the word “Nuvia,” which across cultures connects to meanings of gold, newness, and light. Gold has always been more than just a material to me. It represents inner worth, creative richness, and everything that can’t be measured in numbers.
With Gnuvia, I want to create more than jewelry. I want to share that there’s boldness and power in following the part of you that refuses to be quiet!
I’ve always loved bold jewelry, but every time I wore it, it felt heavy, stiff and uncomfortable.
So I started experimenting and playing with textures and mixed materials. I combined things that weren’t supposed to go together, like soft ribbon woven with strong chain.
That’s when it clicked: you don’t have to follow the old standards to create something powerful. Bold doesn’t have to be bulky. My handmade designs are meant to be expressive, lightweight, and wearable.
Each Gnuvia piece is made to feel like a statement and a secret at the same time! Gnuvia is a bold expression of what’s possible when you think beyond the expected.
